Walter Peck was the secondary antagonist in the first Ghostbusters film. His voice was heard in the Ghostbusters house during Halloween Horror Nights 29.

Backstory

Walter Peck was an inspector for the Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, for the third district, in the greater New York area. He had been concerned over the many claims and stories he had heard of the Ghostbusters wanted to assess their operation believing that their cause was doing harm to the environment even believing that their Firehouse Headquarters was deemed to a hazardous waste. Walter Peck would be the cause for the release of many of the spooks, specters and ghosts on the city when he and his team would shut down the Ghostbuster's containment unit and have them taken away in holding only for his upholding of them be withheld by the mayor of the city when he authorized the Ghostbusters to return to the city and save everyone for the paranormal uprising of Gozer the Gorzerian.
