Vampires are recurring creatures throughout the history of Halloween Horror Nights. They've appeared in both incarnations of the event.
The Creatures Themselves[]
Vampires do not originate from Fear, at least in the literary sense. These types of creatures have been in folklore for years. While there have some differences in regards to powers and weaknesses, their core aspect remained intact: They must suck the blood of the living as it is their food.
The Sumerian God Adaru employs them to gather fear from the minds of those who attend Horror Nights and has given control of them to some of his more elite minions such as the Storyteller.
Notable Domains[]
- Castle Dracula: Count Dracula and his brides sleep at day in the castle. At night, they rise from their coffins to feast on human blood.
- Castle Vampyr: Home of a Blood Shrine and the Tau Sisters.
- North Hollow Household: Vampires infest the attics of the house, which sits in a land of horror.
- Demon Cantina: In the same world the Hollows are, this bar has “seducers” who feed on blood.
- Whittemore Cemetery: One of the Sisters of Evil awoke the dead here to help spread fear.
- The Titty Twister: Similar to Demon Cantina, it is a bar infested with vampires located somewhere in Mexico. It was from the From Dusk Till Dawn movie and TV series.
- 19 Hemmingway Lane: Nosferatu-like vampires made a Hive inside of a suburban house in Carey, Ohio.
