- Lucas Culshaw (who did the artwork for the maze)

- Skull (the maze beginning with Frankenstein's Monster dead).

- The Bride in this maze has red hair as the actress for the 1935 Bride of Frankenstein film also had red hair [10].
- The Bride of Frankenstein has 4 looks in the maze.
- The traditional 1935 film look (appears in the opening scene)
- The cloak/traveler look (appears outside the Old Man's Cottage and inside)
- The vampire hunter look (appears outside The Abandoned Church)
- The doctor look (appears in the lab, catacombs, final Lab scene, and black hallway transition).
- In the explosion of the castle, the Monster didn’t fare so well and is practically devoid of life, but The Bride survived, even though she’s badly burned on one side of her face and her hair and gown are scorched [11].
- The Bride of Frankenstein is staged in the first scene to move exactly like how she moves when she comes to life in the 1935 Bride of Frankenstein film [12].
- The turret from castle Frankenstein in the 1935 Bride of Frankenstein film is in the opening scene located on the right [13].
- Dr. Pretorious was supposed to be in the opening castle scene dead but they didn't have space for it [14].
- The Bride of Frankenstein decided to save Frankenstein's Monster because he's the only one in her short life thus far that has showed her any kindness. She realizes that he’s like her, an artificial life form of bodies stitched together, and she wants to bring him back to life [15].
- Chapter 1's artwork has the blood moon in the background which was shown in projections in Universal Monsters: Music by Slash.
- The Bride's trigger in the forest scene, lab scene, the catacombs scene, and the final Bride scare is the same scream sound effect from the 1935, Bride of Frankenstein film [16].
- The Bride of Frankenstein was said at Midsummer Scream to have a Frankenstein's Monster puppet to carry for the scene in the forest. The reason why it is not present in the maze is unknown.
- Dracula's Brides also go through several different looks throughout the maze.
- The redhead Bride of Dracula goes from normal to staked (outside the abandoned church)
- The burnette Bride of Dracula (who Murdy referred to as Stitches) goes from normal to missing hair and having stitches in her head (due to The Bride of Frankenstein cutting out parts of her head to experiment on) to then staked.
- The blonde Bride of Dracula (who Murdy referred to as Crosses) goes from normal to having a giant cross Imprint on her forehead to then staked.
- There is a callback to the old blind man and the time he shared with The Monster in Bride of Frankenstein (1935) with the violin in the Scene [17].
- There also is a callback to the cross on the wall in the old blind man's cabin which the Bride of Frankenstein then uses to fight the Bride's of Dracula [18].
- The cross the Bride uses to fight the Brides of Dracula was made by Cryptic Industries [19].
- There is a mistake in the Old Man's Cottage as the violin is left behind in the maze, when in the movie the blind man while getting carried out still has the violin with him.
- The black hallway after the Chapter 2 graphic was originally going to be a coffin hallway but it was cut [20].
- The cross stake concept was taken from the 2004 Film, Van Helsing.

- The cross on the head scar on the Bride of Dracula was taken from the 1985 film, Fright Night.
- On the table near Frankenstein's Monster in the lab is a bunch of bandages, scissors, and a syringe.
- There is an open book in the lab scene detailing the veins and body parts of the Monster [24].
- In the first lab scene on a table there is the keys to the Bride of Dracula's cages [25].
- The brunette Bride of Dracula was shown in the concept art at Midsummer Scream to be missing much of her hair but in the maze's version she has full on hair. The reason for this change is unknown.
- Chapter IV The Blood Is Life title is a reference to the quote by Dracula in the 1931 film.
- Chapter IV The Blood Is Life Art shows 5 Bride's of Dracula's. Which doesn't make sense considering the story only has 2 Brides of Dracula currently alive.
- The gates in the catacombs have the same gate pattern from when Dr Pretorious and Frankenstein's Monster are talking in the 1935 Bride of Frankenstein film [26].
- The brunette Bride of Dracula's being staked's trigger in the catacombs scene is the same scream sound effect of the Green Goblin from the 2002 film, Spider-Man [27].
- Chapter V artwork has a mistake printed where the Dracula Bride on it is brunette and has a cross imprint on her forehead when in the maze the blonde Bride of Dracula has the cross imprint on her forehead.
- Because the Monster’s legs were so messed up, he became legless. As The Bride reassembles him, she forgets to put the head cap back on him, so his brain is exposed. And since he lost his legs, he’s now been fitted with stilts and is an 8-foot tall stilt-walker [28].
