The Sentinel is a recurring scareactor that has appeared at multiple Halloween Horror Nights Orlando events.

If you look closely the roman numeral for the number 13 can be seen stitched on their mouths.
In 2012 it was revealed that The Sentinels are a part of The Kerezan Legion, most likely due to their undead appearance.
