The Price is Fright was one of the five shows that was featured during Halloween Horror Nights IV. The show was located in the Animal Actor's Stage. The show returned the following year for Halloween Horror Nights V.

Beetlejuice hosts the wildest game show in the world.

Come on down! with Beetlejuice, your ghost host with the most... if you dare to take the challenge of the wildest game show in the world!

Come on down! with Beetlejuice your ghost host with the most. Take the challenge of the wildest game show in the underworld.

According to this, at the beginning of each night contestants were chosen to participate in the game. There was also a pre-show, in which "things" were thrown at the audience and water squirted the audience periodically.

The show featured Beetlejuice as a gameshow host and VannaFright as a co-host, pitting guests placed in teams against each other in an evil game show. Contestants would win prizes, and the show featured a Wheel of Misfortune with the options Win, Lose, or Draw Blood.

Seemingly, this show was supposed to return during Halloween Horror Nights VI, but got replaced by Tricks, Treats & Trances later. This is evidenced by a photograph of an early list of attractions that year.
In 1994, a couple got married on the stage for this show.
