The Midnight Mayhem Horror Show was a horror movie marathon that was once featured on Channel 21 WKNB in Carey, Ohio. It was hosted by H.R. Bloodengutz. The show was once successful, but after dwindling ratings after a lack of viewers, the station planned on cancelling the show. This left Larry Kurtzberg (who donned the character of Bloodnegutz) to go mad, holding the station manager John Reynolds hostage during the final broadcast of the show in which he showed many holiday b-movie low budget films. Before each film, he would torture his station manager in ways themed to each holiday presented. The show would be finally cancelled as Bloodengutz was taken away.
