The HHN Bar is located in Battery Park where during night-time, it would be colored with colorful lights representing both SINST3R and SURR3AL as well some photo ops. In the lower level of the park, there is a banner of the Halloween Horror Nights logo and Otis archway, while upstairs, there are four stages by the bar where characters from Major Sweets Candy Factory, Slaughter Cinema 2, Monstrous: The Monsters of Latin America and Goblin's Feast, Swamp of the Undead would appear.
