The Exorcist Believer (Orlando) was one of the ten haunted houses that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights 32. It was located in Soundstage 22.
History & Location[]
On July 28th, 2023, Universal Orlando Resort that a haunted house based on the unreleased Blumhouse film The Exorcist: Believer would be coming to Halloween Horror Nights 32. This would be the first time the IP would be featured at the event since 2016's The Exorcist haunted house based on the original 1973 film. This house also marks one of the rare times Halloween Horror Nights would feature a house based on a movie that hadn't been released when the event opened.
The house would be located in Soundstage 22, one of the smaller soundstage facilities designed to be used as filming locations for movies and television shows.
The codename for this haunted house was Grape because of priests, wine and confirmation.
Description[]
Angela. Katherine. Two missing girls have been found with no memory of what happened to them. But wherever they went, the ultimate evil has returned with them. Witness a chilling chain of events as you enter the most terrifying scenes from the new Blumhouse film.
Inspired by Universal Pictures’ terrifying new horror film from Blumhouse and Morgan Creek Entertainment (in theaters Friday, October 13), “The Exorcist: Believer” haunted house will transport guests to a bustling street market in Haiti, where an innocent purchase of a strange folk doll with three eyes leads to the opening of a demonic portal, the awakening of sinister spirits and the subsequent disappearance of two 12-year-old girls in the U.S. The girls are found three days later with no memory of what happened to them. After the girls begin to exhibit unsettling behavior, it soon becomes clear that only an exorcism can save them – and everyone who comes in contact with them, including unwitting guests, is suddenly at risk of losing their souls.

Queue and Facade[]
The entrance to the queue for this house was right outside the Universal Music Plaza. The line for this house would loop back and forth in front of the Universal Music Plaza. Guests would then start walking towards Soundstage 22 and the queue would once again loop in front of the soundstage. Guests would enter the house from the left side of the building.
Upon entering Soundstage 22, guests would find themselves in a market area in Haiti where demonic growls can be heard along with Tubular Bells, the theme of The Exorcist. They could smell food being cooked. A rattling crate on the left scared guests into continuing forward into the next room, entering the house proper.
Haunted House[]
Guests enter a medium shop where a doll with a glowing red head could be seen sitting on a table covered in candles. The doll sat on some strange runic symbols and would spin around to face guests. This served as a distraction as Lamashtu attacked with a wind effect from the left side, leading them into the next room.
After that, guests would enter a forest where voices could be heard calling out for Katherine and Angela, who have gone missing. Some missing posters could be seen on a tree as flashlights could be seen moving back and forth. Guests continued forward towards a campsite on their left and were startled by Katherine's Mother on their right. A female cop also appeared and states that they've found the children, leading guests into the next room. Guests found themselves in a small barn area where the two kids could be seen huddled in a corner behind a fence. The corpse of a lamb could also be found on a shelf.
Guests enter the next room where a Lamashtu startles them from their left, again with a wind effect, as they continue into a hallway where after some moments they can hear Angela screaming for her mother as either walls of the guests fade into a bloody bed with Angela on their left and on the right Katherine threatening them and puking with a table behind her. Guests are then entering a red lighting brickwall hallway as Katherine and Angela pop out of either side screaming at guests as they go forward into the next room.
Guests enter into a hallway of a house as lights flicker and a staircase is next to them, they continue down the hallway and get startled by Katherine on their left causing them to turn right and into the next room.
Guests enter a bedroom presumably Katherine's bedroom where a figure is under the blankets in the bed that serves as a distraction as Katherine stabs at guests on their right into the next room where Lamashtu scares them on their left into another bedroom where guests turn left only to be attacked by Angela behind the door with the word Mother written on the wall in feces next to her, emitting a most unpleasant aroma, leading guests out of the room into a hall way where they're scared by Angela in a opening in the wall on their right.
Guests then enter into a wide, windy room where Angela is floating in the air spitting blood on the ceiling causing it to spread through out while Katherine is tied to the chair while a nurse is throwing holy water on them as the sound of one of their heart-rate is going pinging as Katherine lunges out at guest as they exit the room.
Guests enter the next room which is a hellscape with demon faces adorning the walls, they continue forward and left only to be startled by one of the demons on their left as they continue forward into what was the previous room now adorned in red lighting, Katherine and Angela attack from different parts of the room as guests circle around the same chairs they were attached to earlier then exit the room.
Guests then enter into another hellscape room where they see the missing posters from the forest on their left and continuing forward to see the bloody bed from earlier in the house on their right as they continue they're startled by a demon on their left and then on the right leading to one final scare by another demon as they exit the house to the screams of Katherine begging for her mother and the Exorcist theme playing loudly.

- In the announcement and official event trailer Drew finds himself in the same predicament as Katherine is in the film tied to a chair and apart of the ritual similar in the film.
- The code name for this house was “Hashira”, which led to many fans believing this would be a house centered around the anime Demon Slayer: Kimentsu No Yaba.
- The film did not come out until near the end of the event, so house portrayed a living trailer for the film.
- According to the Discover Universal Podcast, this house is said to be described as an “intense and gross” experience by Charles Gray.
- Guests played a role in this house and were pursued by the supernatural threats.
- The house brought guests into an “other worldly and hellish realm” as Charles Grey describes it.
- The house reuses the staircase and bedroom scenes from the Halloween (Orlando 2022) haunted house from Halloween Horror Nights 31.
- This year, the Art and Design Team hid a number of frogs in each house as Easter Eggs for fans. This house’s frog could be found in the forest on the last tree to the right (opposite of the cop) just before entering the barn where Angela and Katherine were found.
- The runic symbol the doll sat on said "Never Go Alone", which was the tagline of the event.

- Scenes of the Katherine and Angela's exorcism and Angela being freed of the demon as she was floating in the air spewing out the blackened liquid.
- Scenes of a limbo like hell of what seems to be where Katherine was dragged into by Lamashtu to forever be damned.
- Although Lamashtu is seen in this house multiple times throughout, she is only given 60 seconds of screen time in a flash in the film and looked a lot more detailed than the houses' interruption due to the films design of the demon.
- The house would not be featured on the Unmasking The Horror Tour due to the fact that film had not been out yet and the rightsholders were being careful on what they were releasing.
