The Arrival was the centerpiece show for Halloween Horror Nights: Sweet 16 , in which The Storyteller, The Caretaker, The Director, and Jack the Clown return from the depths of Hell with the assistance of The Lord of Darkness (from the 1985 movie Legend). It was located on the Mel's Drive-In Stage.
Description[]
Nefarious Darkness brings forth ashes of Horror Nights past and summons truly iconic evil. Jack, The Caretaker, The Director and The Storyteller join to host the greatest Horror Nights ever.
Witness Darkness and his Minions as they bring forth the ashes of Halloween's past and summon truly iconic evil. Jack, The Caretaker, The Director and The Storyteller join for the very first time and invite all to experience the greatest Horror Nights ever.
Darkness’s Introductory Poem[]
"The First gave a Fright, then Horror Nights it became. The keeper of the Crypts kept the Fifth. Seven forced "Why the nightmares?" to blame. Ten brought a clown out of a box he appeared. Twelve unearthed the Caretaker of Souls at Islands of Fear. Thirteen had a Director; a Film of Pain he revealed. Fifteen gave the Storyteller making page become real. The history created from blood and from bone, the sweetest of sixteen's finds Horror Coming Home! From these sacred urns are the ashes of horror's past, true evil's resurrection once separate now together at last. Once incarnated there will be a test, to see whose evil is truly the best."

- The Grand Opening Show featured all the icons gathering together for The Director's victim with Jack pulling the switch (Source: Presumably a Youtube video and a user who attended the site).
- The ending for the Grand Opening of the show had the Icons leave on Darkness' throne, later on they would go on to do photo ops.
- The shield behind Darkness' throne bears the symbol of Dragon Forge from Halloween Horror Nights: Tales of Terror.
- This marks the first appearance of Jack's Human Blender, which would make more appearances in future Halloween Horror Nights attractions, such as Giggles & Gore Inc. during Halloween Horror Nights 24 and The Carnage Returns during Halloween Horror Nights 25.
