For over two decades, the tortured soul of serial killer, Charles Lee Ray, has been trapped inside the body of a pint-sized "Good Guy" doll named, Chucky. Now Chucky has hijacked Halloween Horror Nights' marquee attraction, the terror tram, and has recruited some of the most infamous killers in horror history to help him take his ultimate revenge on Hollywood!
You'll get off the tram and walk through Hollywood's scariest sets but keep your eyes peeled for the urban legend, La Llorona. Legend has it, those who hear her cries are marked for death! And be on the lookout for Norman Bates as you pass the eerie Psycho House and the Bates Motel from the Hollywood Horror Classic, Psycho.
This year, The Terror Tram lives up to its name like never before. Enjoy your last ride.
Tram video[]
In 1988, moviegoers were introduced to a new kind of terror; a demented serial killer trapped in the body of a Good Guy doll. A doll...named Chucky. Chucky was an instant hit with horror fans, spawning a string of successful sequels each more violent than the last. Then in 1998, Chucky shocked the world by taking a bride. A few years later, they welcomed their first child. Chucky become one of Hollywood's biggest stars. Interviews, magazines, a toy and clothing line, there seemed to be no limit to Chucky's success. But Hollywood is a fickled bitch. The years of being shot, stabbed, sliced, cut, crushed, chopped, burned, butchered, melted, and exploded, took their toll on the Chuckster. And eventually, the cracks began to show. Rumors of drinking and gambling filled the tabloids as well as multiple cases of domestic abuse. Even Chucky's trademark banter was starting to grow tired. The movie deals dried up, and Hollywood turned its back on Chucky. The final straw came when Universal canceled Chucky's once popular show at Halloween Horror Nights. That same year, the Universal backlot mysteriously burned down. The studio issued a cover story, but everyone knew who was behind the fire. It seems that Hollywood has not seen the last...of Chucky.

Trivia[]
- This attraction created the legend of the "Terror Ape", a sasquatch-like creature who roamed around the hills of the backlot that attacked the cast and the occasional tram tour. One night, when John Murdy was telling the cast members the story of Hermit Pete (a hermit who used to live in the Hills of the Studios Backlot) when they heard an animal cry. When Murdy asked what it was, one of the cast said "Probably some Terror Ape". Murdy and the team made a backstory, which explained that the Terror Ape was Hermit Pete[1].
