The Teddy Bear Head Freaks were chainsaw-wielding psychopaths wearing teddy bears over their heads. They appeared in the The Purge: Election Year scarezone, during Halloween Horror Nights 2016 (Hollywood). They were also brought back in different uniforms in the Hell-O-Ween scarezone.
