Rhonda
Rhonda is a character from Trick 'r Treat, a 2007 Halloween anthology film. She is a rather odd girl, implied to possibly be special- needs or a savant, who deeply adores Halloween. She appeared as a scareactor that appeared in the Trick 'r Treat haunted house during Halloween Horror Nights 28.
