Regan Teresa MacNeil, best known as Regan MacNeil, is the main protagonists of 1973 film, The Exorcist. She appeared several times at Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios Florida, Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Japan. She had first appeared during the event's Fright Nights only to pulled last minute after a cease and desist would place upon Universal. and She appeared in own haunted houses The Exorcist (Orlando) during Halloween Horror Nights 26 and The Exorcist (Hollywood) during Halloween Horror Nights 2016 (Hollywood) and she would return again with the same house during Halloween Horror Nights 2021 (Hollywood).
