PHOBIC was one of the three scrapped strolling shows that was featured during Halloween Horror Nights X. The idea of the show would be revisited two years later and renamed Infestation featuring The Director as the host of the show during Halloween Horror Nights 13.

Throughout the evening, we are witnesses, to a rolling chair of torture. A helpless victim sits upright, their hands locked into stockade style brackets. Over their heads sit a plexiglass tank. Above the tanke a wooden box that reads "Rats." An executioner rolls the apparatus into a crowded intersection and proclaims sentence. as he seals the fate of the victim, he releases the contents of the box down upon the face of the victim. There the victim sits as rats, and other phobic torture plays out in front of our guests. Other implements of torture include Spiders and snakes.
