New York, often called New York City or NYC, is the most populous city in the United States, it is usually served as apart of one of the settings in many different haunted houses and scarezones during Halloween Horror Nights Orlando events.
1999[]
Doomsday (1999) would be a haunted house taking place in New York City during the Millennial scare leading into the year 2000. The story was that a large number of people had fled into the New York City underground to hide for the turn of the millennium, with the worst and strongest attacking anyone passing through to defend their territory.
2009[]
New York gets overrun by cannibals who seek revenge on the towns people for keeping them in the sewers. The scarezone would receive the name, Apocalypse: City of Cannibals during Halloween Horror Nights: Ripped from the Silver Screen.
2021[]
New York was served as one of the main settings in the Case Files Unearthed: Legendary Truth haunted house during Halloween Horror Nights 30 most notably taking place in the Kitty Kat Club, Museum of Natural History, Sting Alley.
2024[]
New York City was one of the main settings in the story of the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store (2024). The Museum of Antiquities in the city were to make a new exhibit in the museum called Wonders of the Ancient Garden which would featured many rare artifacts including one that was a Bat-Like Creature statue that was said to be attached to a curse, something that the museum has dealt with before with a mummy curse many years prior. Many strange things and reports would come out throughout the city of a Bat-Like Creature terrorizing many of the citizens causing most of the population in the city to go into hiding underground.
