My Bloody Valentine: Be Mine 4 Ever was one of the four haunted mazes that was featured during Halloween Horror Nights 2009 (Hollywood). It was located in the Shrek 4D Queue.
Description[]
Ten years ago, a tragedy changed the town of Harmony forever. Tom Hanniger, an inexperienced coal miner, caused an accident in the tunnels that trapped and killed five men and sent the only survivor, Harry Warden, into a permanent coma. But Harry Warden wanted revenge. Exactly one year later, on Valentine’s Day, he woke up…and brutally murdered twenty-two people with a pickaxe. It’s now the 10-year anniversary of the tragedy and Harry has returned to find that local teenagers use the abandoned mine as a party site…it’s gonna be a bloody Valentine’s Day!

The facade was the exterior of Hanniger Mine No. 5.
Guests enter the house and enter into the Hanniger Mine No. 5 after its explosion that killed many of the miners, some miners still are lurking scaring guests, one even burnt from electrocution, guests then cross paths with Harry Warden and find themselves outside The Thunderbird Motel where some of Harry's latest victims lurk as one pops out from behind some bushes while another pops out of motel room door lunging at guests before exiting the room Harry pops out with his pickaxe and swings.
Guests then enter into a motel room check in where a recent victim is seen hanging on the wall as guests then go forward they enter a motel where a recent female victim is gasping and crying for help as she is lying bleeding in the motel bed as Harry Warden pops out of a closet next to hear and lunges with his pickaxe at guests and a the victims' heart in his hand.
Guests then exit outside where Harry Warden attacks from their left as they continue forward into a cabin, a recently dead victim lies on the ground outside of it on their right.
Guests then enter the cabin where on their right on a couch a static victim can be seen sitting with her back towards guests facing a doorway, popping out is Harry Warden as he slices the victims' arm as guests exit the room.
Guests then enter into back into the mines passing by a few standing crates, Harry pops out of one on their right and lunges at them leading them into the next room. Guests then enter the Miners' corridors then enter into the bathroom where a recent victim pops out out of a stall lunging at guests and goes back in as Harry pops out of the one next to them as guests exit out of the room.
Guests then enter another corridor that leads into a room with many of the miners' outfits and masks goes move left and right through the outfits and then enter into another corridor where loud ringing of the emergency bell can be heard and some of Harry's wardens' latest victims lurk, guests then continue forward into a few more corridors in the mine until exit out of the house.

- According to Murdy, this maze was originally going to be based on the remake of The Wolf Man, but due to the film being pushed back, they decided to go along with My Bloody Valentine. They would eventually bring The Wolfman in 2011 for his own maze: The Wolfman: The Curse of Talbot Hall[1].
- According to Murdy, he had hinted three normal-ish songs that guests would hear. Two of the songs Mr. Sandman and Don't Fear The Reaper would be heard in Halloween: The Life & Crimes of Michael Myers & Achey Breaky Heart (Cover Song of The Macey Brothers) covered by Billy Ray Cyrus being heard in this house.
