Monty (Fallout) was one of the Vault 32 raiders in the Fallout TV show. He pretended to be a dweller of Vault 32 in order to marry Lucy MacLean and allow his group to invade Vault 33. He appeared as one of the scareactors that appeared in the Fallout (Orlando) haunted house during Halloween Horror Nights 34.
