Michael Aiello is the Senior Director of Entertainment and Creative Development atUniversal Orlando Resort and one of the key figures within Universal Art and Design, the department that creates Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida. He co-created Bloody Mary and The Usher with J. Michael Roddy. He has appeared as a scareactor during some events including the skipper in S.S. Frightanic: Carnage Crew and a scareactor inside a drying machine in Hotel Hell.
Since 2003, Michael Aiello has played a significant creative role in Halloween Horror Nights, responsible for many original storylines, monsters and icons. He has also successfully partnered with many film studios and talents within the horror genre to create one of a kind experiences literally dropping guests in living horror films. During his over 25 year career Michael has overseen and led creative development for seasonal events, live shows, and nighttime spectacles, collaborating with an impressive and ever-growing team of individuals at Universal Orlando Resort.
There has been a charity revolving around him (but given to those in need) called "The Aiello Club".
