Medusa was a scareactor that appeared in the Halloween Horror Nights: Twenty Years of Fear haunted house, Hades: The Gates of Ruin. She also appeared in The Curse of Pandora's Box maze during Halloween Horror Nights 2019 (Hollywood) and Halloween Horror Nights 2021 (Hollywood).
