Human Blockhead was one of the seventeen shows that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights II. The show was located in New York, right outside of the entrance to Sting Alley (near Kongfrontation).
It returned the following year, that time located in San Francisco across the street from the entrance to Beetlejuice's Graveyard Revue. The show was a man who would stick nails in his nasal cavity, stick pins in his head, and swallow swords. During this event, it was a part of the Midway of the Bizarre.
