The House of the Year Award is a yearly award given out by the Halloween Horror Nights executives to one (or sometimes two) haunted house(s) at each event. It has been given out annually at Halloween Horror Nights Orlando since Halloween Horror Nights XI. Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood has also been doing House of the Years since at least 2007.
