The Horse Head La Llorona is the skeletal horse-headeded version of La Llorona. She would sometimes wear a horse's head as punishment. She first appeared as a scareactor in the La Llorona: Villa de Almas Perdidas haunted maze during Halloween Horror Nights 2011 (Hollywood).
