Dr. Harleen Quinzel (best known as Harley Quinn) was The Joker's psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, until she fell in love with him and reinvented herself as a villain. She appeared in the Bill & Ted Excellent Halloween Adventure show during Halloween Horror Nights 26.
