Halloween Horror Nights Express, a variation of Universal Express Plus, is a special pass available for purchase at Halloween Horror Nights Orlando and Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood which allows front of the line access to all Haunted Houses, Shows and Universal rides. It is at an added cost of 35 - 40 dollars per person. The pass does not include front of the line access to Scarezones, because as with scarezones, no queue line is needed.
Lawsuits[]
In 2007, when Universal was forced to pull their regular Universal Express and only allow Universal Express Plus due to a lawsuit made by Disney claiming copyright infringement of their Fast Pass, the Horror Nights Express Pass was also altered to only allow added cost access to all Haunted Houses and Shows rather then one attraction for free every couple hours of the event.
In 2009, Disney filed another lawsuit at Universal, this time claiming that Halloween Horror Nights Express was an infringement on their Halloween Fast Pass used at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. The issue is currently ongoing.
