Information Timeline[]
- May 17th, 2022: The event dates are announced. The first haunted house, Universal Monsters: Legends Collide, was also announced.
- June 8th, 2022: Halloween is announced as the second haunted house for the event.
- June 23rd, 2022: The Horrors of Blumhouse was announced as the third haunted house for the event. Frequent Fear Tickets were also released.
- July 26th, 2022: The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare (Hollywood) was announced as the fourth haunted house for the event.
- July 30th, 2022: Scarecrow: The Reaping was announced as the fifth haunted house for the event. Details about an at the time announced hotel original haunted house were also revealed.
- August 18, 2022: Universal announced Killer Klowns From Outer Space and all of the original houses, scarezones, shows, and Terror Tram.

Haunted Houses[]
- Universal Monsters: Legends Collide (Mummy Queue): If you thought one Universal Monster was scary, how about three? Better summon your scream squad, ‘cause you’re about to get caught in the middle of an epic battle between The Wolf Man, Dracula and The Mummy, together for the first time ever. Their mission: To find the amulet that will break their curse. And they’ll destroy anyone who gets in their way.
- Halloween (Curious George Tent 2): Gather your friends and visit Haddonfield, Illinois, where Michael Myers is about to don his mask and embark on his first brutal spree. Silent. Merciless. Relentless. He’s the embodiment of pure evil. You don’t want to go alone as you go back to where it all began. This year, step into the original 1978 horror classic, Halloween.
- The Horrors of Blumhouse (Waterworld Queue): Step inside a new double-feature of Blumhouse horror. Your scream squad will find yourselves trapped between a frantic teen and the ruthless serial killer she’s swapped bodies with in Freaky. Then, you’ll try to make a desperate escape from the dark basement of The Grabber before you become his latest victim in the terrifying The Black Phone.
- The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare (Soundstage 29): Prepare to enter the macabre mind of The Weeknd in this haunted house as he stalks your squad through the surreal nightmare of his After Hours music. A slasher carving a smile at an otherworldly rave. Bandaged maniacs performing extreme plastic surgery. A grotesque mannequin masquerade. His nightmare is now yours.
- Scarecrow: The Reaping (Curious George Tent 1): At an abandoned Depression-era farm, vengeance takes root. The scarecrows are avenging the ravaged land. In this all-new haunted house, the only harvest that will be reaped is your scream squad.
- La Llorona: The Weeping Woman (Parisian Courtyard): You and your scream squad remember the tale of the woman who drowned her children and then herself. Once a childhood fable, she’s back to terrify once again. This is no nightmare. This is La Llorona.
- Universal Horror Hotel (Year-Round Haunt Venue): A 1920s Hollywood hotel, once the hunting ground of its infamous serial killer owner, has been turned into a modern-day haunted hotel. Now he’s back from the dead. Your first stay will be your last.
- Killer Klowns From Outer Space (Behind Soundstage 29): There’s nothing funny about these Killer Klowns who’re back to make gooey, out of this world snacks out of you and your scream squad. If ever there’s a reason people are afraid of clowns, this is it.

- Terror Tram (Studio Tour Backlot): Terror Tram is back and taking a disturbing new turn, ending with a walk-through visit into the world of Jordan Peele’s films Us and NOPE.

- El Pueblo Del Terror (French Street): From La Llorona to El Chupacabras, the most terrifying myths of all time converge in one tiny village where la muerte is your only escape.
- Sideshow Slaughterhouse (New York Street): Step right up and enter a seedy sideshow where murderous geeks, freaks and roustabouts make your horrified screams a part of the show.
- Clownsawz (Front Gate): Some people think clowns are the scariest. Well, we’ve decided to give chainsaws to an entire troupe of demented clowns. You’re welcome.
