Ghouls are mutated humans from the Fallout franchise. Radiation from the nuclear fallout in the series caused their noses to fall off and their skins to become severely burned. They appeared as scareactors in the Fallout (Orlando) haunted house during Halloween Horror Nights 34 and Fallout (Hollywood) during Halloween Horror Nights 2025 (Hollywood).
