The Purge Anarchy was one of the four scarezones that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights 24. It was located in New York. The scarezone was based of the first two Purge movies.
History and Location[]
On July 22nd, 2014, Universal announced that a scarezone based on the first two Purge movies would be featured at that years Halloween Horror Nights event. The scarezone would feature both Purgers and victims that appeared in the movies.
The scarezone would be located in the large New York area of the park, which is a recreation of the city of New York. It would prove to be very popular, and would win the Scarezone of the Year award in 2014.
A haunted house based on The Purge movies would come the following year, called The Purge.
Description[]
Once you enter the Purge you'll be lucky just to survive the night. Anyone's a victim, everyone's a killer, as masked maniacs rule the night in this experience based on the hit movies.

Experience[]
Guests enter into the New York Zone and instantly hearing metal music and music from the soundtrack and from time to hearing screams and gunfire echoing through the zone, a dumpster with a recently deceased purge victim atop of it, continuing in the zone guests walk pass on their right a Blessed Be American Stage atop of a school bus with shipping containers on each side of the bus with the purge poster on them, where from time to time an auction is held as the Elegant Woman would welcome guests to the auction after recent victims roaming around the storm are captured by Big Daddy and other purgers roaming the zone, nearing the end of the zone guests pass by a CMS sign reading "Enjoy The Purge, Blessed Be Our New Founding Fathers.", a crashed car located next to Sting Alley can be seen, in some of the windows is said that purgers can be slaying victims and turning out the lights.

- This scarezone won the Scarezone of the Year award for 2014.
- Some of the scareactors wore skull masks that were from the scarezone Esqueleto Muerte.
- A yellow banner on the top of the building on the side street of New York can read "Gone Purging" .
- In the Macy store window there are many tvs that can be seen with various scenes of "live feeds" of purgers wreaking havoc and killing helpless victims.
