Rudy the Clown is a scareactor that appeared in the Killer Klowns From Outer Space scarezone during Halloween Horror Nights 28. He also appeared in the haunted house/maze of the same name in Orlando and Hollywood during 2019.
He was the first Klown that Mike and Debbie saw in the film Killer Klowns From Outer Space wielding the Popcorn Bazooka. The character was also the second Klown to appear on screen, (the first being Jumbo).
