Jack is your ringleader at this three ring circus of horror!
Jack’s back and ready to show you the sinister center ring. Step right up and see if his “hapless volunteers” have the guts to survive Jack’s warped carnival.

On the Halloween Horror Nights: Carnival of Carnage website, guests could click on the attraction page for this show. There, Jack would occasionally pop up where the description of the show should be.
Guests could also visit Jack's bus on the Carnival page to see a note detailing "Jack's Tale" and the town of Orlando circled on a map.

- Some props from years past were used. The Iron Maiden (2001/2002), the Infestation chair (Director-2003) and the Skull used at the fountain (2001) were used.
- At the start, a VERY brief segment from the full version of House of 1000 Corpses song played before the security guard and lady came in, specifically the “No, no!” Part.
- Throughout the show, there are certain lines and quotes that are references to other movies. For instance, the security guard quotes "It is Halloween, after all, everyone's entitled to one good scare" from John Carpenter's Halloween.
