From Dusk Till Dawn was one of the eight hauted houses that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights 24. Located in Soundstage 22, it was based of the T.V. show From Dusk Till Dawn.
History and Location[]
On July 14th, 2014, Universal announced that a haunted house based on the TV show, From Dusk Till Dawn would be featured at their Halloween Horror Nights event that year. The house would take guests through many of the famous scenes from said show.
The house would be located in Soundstage 22, one of the smaller soundstage facilities designed to be used as filming locations for movies and television shows.
The codename for this house was Altar.

Beneath the neon lit facade of this remote biker bar you’ll discover a labyrinth of death, as an ancient race of bloodthirsty creatures serve up chaos and carnage.
Based on the hit El Rey Network TV series, chaos reigns inside this remote biker bar as you discover it's filled with an ancient race of bloodthirsty creatures. The ordeal will leave you drained- in more ways than one.

Queue and Facade[]
Guests would enter the queue to the left of the Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem ride. The queue would go along a backstage path behind Rip Ride Rockit before guests entered Soundstage 22 on the left side.
Upon entering the soundstage, guests would be greeted with The Titty Twister bar from the show (though the sign only says Twister). A man stood outside the bar advertising it and occasionally making fun of guests. Guests entered the house to the right of the bar facade.

- This was one of the first times a nude dummy was used in a haunted house.
- The house was designed to reflect scenes from the first season of the show, but also to prepare guests for the second season of the show that would debut during the event.
- A corpse could be seen wearing the Crotch Gun that belonged to Tom Savini's character Sex Machine from the original From Dusk Till Dawn film.
