History & Location[]
Fallout would be announced on June 5th, 2025, as one of the haunted houses coming to Halloween Horror Nights 34. The house would be based on the Amazon Prime Video series based on the video game series of the same name.
The house would be located in Sprung Tent 4. Sprung Tent 4 is one of the large sprung tents erected in 2024 due to the Parade Warehouses being unable to be used for Halloween Horror Nights.
The Codenames for this year's event were flowers and the codename for this house was Daisy. The reasoning was because of a scene in the show with animated daisies in Vault 33.

In order to access the house portal, guests would enter a hub area accessed from a gate to the left of the Men in Black: Alien Attack attraction. They would go down a road that would wind behind the Men in Black show building, eventually leading to the house portals for the two New Sprung Tent houses. Fallout would be the portal on the left.
The queue would consist of several switchbacks, most of which were located underneath a large tent erected for shade. The key art for the house was pasted above the entrance to the house.
Haunted House[]
Guests would immediately be thrown into Vault 33, where a smiling Vault Boy could be seen on the wall. Going down a hallway, guests could see a shadow projection of Lucy MacLean cutting open Monty's face with a broken glass pitcher. On their right, a bald Vault 32 Raider would attack with a knife next to a Jello Cake. Lucy could also be seen wielding a knife and wearing a wedding dress under party decorations that say "Just Married". She utters her classic catch phrase, "Okie dokie," before retreating back.
Further into the Vault, guests would be attacked by Monty holding a knife from behind a curtain on the left. On the right, Steph Harper jumps out with a fork jammed in her right eye. Before exiting Vault 33, guests would pass by a window with a faux cornfield outside and a projection screen that read "Please Stand By".
After that, guests would enter Vault 32, where a female raider would attack guests from the left. The corpse of a Vault 32 Dweller could be seen sitting on a chair in front of a window displaying a bunch of rats. On the Vault wall is written in blood, "We know the truth." Exiting the Vault, guests would pass by another corpse hanging from electrical wires in the ceiling before entering the Wasteland.
In the wasteland guests could find various charred corpses from the blast leaning on the destroyed remains of buildings, as well as a Deathclaw skull. A Radroach would also attack guests from a barrel. A Ghoul was added to this scene for one cast later in the event. Before entering the next scene, a Farmer would jump out of a wooden building with a hammer.
Next, guests would enter the town of Filly. Guests would pass by various piles of junk and go through a tunnel before entering the town proper. Immediately upon entering, they found themselves in the midst of a shootout. Bullets were heard whizzing past, accompanied by air blasts. A Gasmask-Wearing Filly Resident would attack guests on the right with a spiked baseball bat. A Burlap-Masked Filly Resident also jumps out of the "Dentist" building, before getting knocked back by a gunshot. Evading gunshots and passing by an Iguana on a Stick and a hidden pip-boy on a chair, guests would encounter The Ghoul, who would shoot at an unknown assailant. After that guests would pass Ma June's Sundries, where Ma June herself would pop out with a shotgun. Another Ghoul was added to this scene for one cast later in the event.
Guests then enter the next scene, where Maximus jumps out of a door holding a toilet seat lid. Lucy also jumps out from behind a massive hole in the wall wielding a chainsaw. The headless corpse of Wilzig can be seen next to her, leaning next to a satellite. Before entering the next scene, the Snake Oil Salesmen jumps out on the right.
After that guests enter Super Duper Mart, where Ghouls could be seen behind displays banging on the glass (later in the event, the glass would be shattered allowing the Ghouls to reach out at guests). Lucy would also jump out at guests from under the Pharmacy sign holding a pair of defibrillators. Snip Snip the Mr. Handy can also be seen behind her covered by a sheet and malfunctioning.
Entering an abandoned railway station, guests encounter Maximus trapped in a T-60 power armor. A Radroach attacks guests from a barrel on the right and Lucy can be seen stomping on a Radroach on the left, spraying its juices all over guests.
The next scene of the house took place in Vault 4. Passing by the medical supply room, guests entered a hallway where they could see a group of frenzied scientists outside of windows as alarms blare. A panicked Vault 4 Resident jumps out on the left. After passing a large containment chamber, guests encounter the Gulper, who has smashed through the glass of its containment cell.
Finding themselves outside of the New California Republic Headquarters. guests would encounter a Brotherhood of Steel Soldier who screams before retreating from gunfire. A shadow projection of NCR soldiers getting shot and T-60 Power Armors marching played on the front of the building. Fire effects could also be seen enveloping the headquarters.
Inside the building, guests would encounter a T-60 Power Armor Soldier marching towards guests as the Ghoul shoots at them from the other side. The finale of the house featured another T-60 Power Armor Soldier surrounded by a bunch of mirrors. The hallway was dark, only illuminated by gunfire, and The Ghoul would spring out to startle guests as the Soldier tried to march forward.
Before exiting the house, guests would walk under an road sign for Las Vegas with the projection of a Deathclaw roaring on it.

Trivia[]
- Matt Flood was the show director for this haunted house.
- According to Matthew Flood, there is a Pip-Boy they’ve been working on that will be a treat to find, and he teased that guests should look in all the windows of the storefronts, inside Super Duper Mart, or sides of buildings, as there was little video game references scattered around. Video game references included:
- A number of Nuka-Cola bottles, along with a matching vending machine.
- A hacking terminal for Vault 33’s door with appropriate BiOS.
- A Deathclaw skull in the Wasteland after leaving Vault 32.
- The Pipboy on a wheelchair in Filly.
- Two Vault-Tec bobbleheads (one in Filly and one in the Super Duper Mart next to Snip Snip).
- A case of Mentats on a windowsill for Filly’s Dentist
- A Mini Nuke explosive found on a crate outside Ma June’s Sundries.
- Some Abraxo cleaner in a cart in Super Duper Mart
- A Stimpack on a shelf in Super Duper Mart
- An inhaler of Jet in front of the Pharmacy counter
- An Institute model Laser Pistol behind Maximus in his power armor
- The Universal Studios Orlando & Universal Studios Hollywood Teams were provided asset access to recreate the TV series’ universe, including full turnarounds and 3D models of The Ghoul (the character played by Walton Goggins) and his face, so the masks were identical to the look in the show.
- According to Lora Sauls, the Deathclaw teaser at the end was created specifically to aid the house’s creation and to tease the second season of the show.
- According to Michael Aiello, the house would be structurally similar to 2023's The Last of Us haunted house, in that the experience will take on a montage feel where there’s an order of events to the house. However, in this house they jump to different places in time in order to deliver the variety of environments the series and game possess.
- According to Lora Sauls, this house was being created while filming for the second season of the show was going on.
- This house features one of the few, if not the only water effect that does not warn you with a floor covering. This is because the floor in this tent is more porous than in the soundstages, and can absorb water without issue.
- When the house opened during stay and scream, team members would simulate a nuclear siren and throw confetti into the air to celebrate the house opening.
- A lizard was hidden in every house this year. The lizard in this house was located on a yellow pan in Filly,
- A smiling coke bottle from various haunted houses (most recently Slaughter Sinema 2) could be seen in Filly.
- In Super Duper Mart, there is a sign reading "Now Serving 34", a reference to Halloween Horror Nights 34
