The Executioner
The Executioner was one of the icons that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights 9 (Singapore). He appeared in his own house, Hell Block 9.
Backstory[]
The notorious Executioner is a corrupt cop turned maniacal ruler. HELL-bent on terrifying the prisoners, his skeletal face represents the absence of any body fat, bones as strong as steel, and a capacity to send his victims to the death without any recourse.
