Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde are two personas of Dr. Henry Jekyll, with Dr. Jekyll being a kind and respected English doctor and Mr. Hyde being an evil monster. They have both appeared during a variety of Halloween Horror Nights events.
Storyline[]
Dr. Henry Jekyll was a noted English doctor who worked in his own apothecary in London. He was possessed, however, with evil thoughts which were often kept repressed. As a potential solution to this problem, he concocted a serum which would've eliminated his darker side, but instead physically manifested into his second persona - Mr. Edward Hyde. Jekyll's associates would consider his research to be incredibly dangerous, but the good doctor frequently released his evil other half by drinking the formula in the cover of night. After many heinous crimes were committed by Hyde - including murder - Dr. Jekyll swore off drinking the potion that caused this madness, but would still transform into Mr. Hyde, serum or not.
Some years later, Dr. Jekyll retreated to the city of Paris to run from the law. He would still bring out Mr. Hyde to terrorize and prey upon innocent townspeople. It was during this time when he joined ranks with other notable monsters, such as Quasimodo, The Phantom of the Opera and The Invisible Man. Eventually, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde would both would be summoned by the Sumerian God, Adaru, to partake in bringing fear to guests of Universal Studios during Fright Nights.
