Get caught in an otherworldly hellscape ripped from the darkest corners of your mind, where four merciless queens loyal to SURR3AL rule.

Experience[]
Guests enter through the Surr3al's hellscape running into them and their demon queens and victims, as they continue forward towards a spiral staircase where Surr3al watches and surveys guests, every once in awhile the four demon queens would climb up the staircase with Surr3al as they greet guests. The zone was somewhat sectioned off into "areas of fear" governed by one of the four queens. If a guest were to enter by Mel's they would first face the Cage Queen and her Tormentors, followed by the Vine Queen closer the spiral staircase centerpiece of the zone. On the other side of the stage the Swirl Queen and her Tormentors were stationed, then finally on the opposite side of Hollywood by the Bourne Stuntacular the Thorn Queen roamed. All throughout the zone Acolytes and Tortured Souls were scattered. While this was a general layout, it was not always exact, with characters moving and interacting with guests freely.
There is a class system presented in the realm with Surr3al being the ultimate ruler followed suit by the Demon Queens, who each represent common fears; Cage Queen being entrapment, Vine Queen being strangulation, Swirl Queen being paranoia, and Thorn Queen being bodily harm. The Queens have dominion on their own sectors of the realm in which their Tormentors roam. Each Queen has two fiercely loyal Tormentors that appear as monstrous representations of their Queen's fear. Next are the Acolytes, who are followers of Surr3al and all four queens. Finally at the bottom are the Tormented Souls, who's fears the realm is built upon. Within the zone as well as their other zone, Duality of Fear, Surr3al has explained that their queens began as Tormented Souls, afraid of the things they now represent, but were able to grow their minds to the point of conquering their fears and becoming them.
Surr3al would be present in the zone for a portion of the night, and during this time would get inside the fragile minds of guests passing through their realm. They would ask guests what they feared and use that to taunt the guest. While they thrive off of psychological torment, Surr3al would also be on the lookout for tormentors in the making, as they too were once a tormented soul. Surr3al would encourage guests to grow their minds just as they and the Demon Queens had done.

- David Hughes was the designer of this scarezone.
- The scarezone would be Scarezone of the Week during the fourth week of the event.
- Caged Tormentors masks are former Vecna masks reused and retouched up for the zone.
- Most of the costumes and masks are reused from Shipyard 32: Horrors Unhinged scarezone from Halloween Horror Nights 32.
