Dawn of the Dead was one of the five scarezones that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights 2006 (Hollywood). It was located in the New York Street.
History and Location[]
As part of the revival of Horror Nights with Pavel Pranevsky being the main advertising mascot, Jon Murdy and his team made a scarezone in New York where zombie outbreak occurred.
For 2007 and 2008, only the name changed as Zombie Invasion and The Dead Shall Rise were literally the exact same as this zone with no changes.

New York Street is a scene of chaos and carnage where the dead have been feasting on the living.

- The name is taken from the George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead (1978) film and the remake directed by Zack Snyder.
- A Hulk statue was redecorated and placed as a prop in the scarezone.
