Chip Winslow is a character from the movie Trick 'r Treat and the youngest of the five trick-or-treaters (either 9 or 10 years old). He is one of the trick-or-treaters killed by zombie kids as he, Schrader, and Macy reached the elevator. In the movie, Chip shown wearing a pirate costume, and insults Rhonda by calling her a retard. He appeared as a scareactor in the Trick 'r Treat haunted house during Halloween Horror Nights 28.
