Charlie Summerz was one of the attendees and later victims that attended the Summer Music Fest '69 event taking place in New York in 1969 that was overrun by blood-thirsty vampires. He was one of the scareactors that appeared in the Vamp '69: Summer of Blood (Scarezone) during Halloween Horror Nights 32.
