Billy (also known as Billy the Puppet) was the “voice” of Jigsaw in all eight Saw movies. He continued this role throughout the marketing through several Halloween Horror Nights events where SAW played a role.

Storyline

A puppet used by John Kramer to communicate his rules of the games victims would have to abide by. After Kramer’s death, the puppet still found use by numerous Jigsaw Killers, including the ones who took over USH in 2009 and a guest in an usher’s “special presentation” in Orlando that same year.
