William "Billy" Hargrove is a major character in Stranger Things. He served as the tertiary antagonist of the second season and the central antagonist of the third season. He is the step brother of Max Mayfield. He appeared as a scareactor in the Stranger Things haunted house during Halloween Horror Nights 29.
