The Big Skull Head is a giant skull that was in the first Poltergeist film, where it prevented Steve Freeling from going into his closet. He appeared as a puppet scareactor in the Poltergeist haunted house/maze during Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando and Hollywood in 2018.
