The Big Skull Head is a giant skull that was in the first Poltergeist film, where it prevented Steven Freeling from going into his closet. He appeared as a puppet scareactor in the Poltergeist (Orlando) during Halloween Horror Nights 28 and Poltergeist (Hollywood) during Halloween Horror Nights 2018 (Hollywood), and Halloween Horror Nights 2025 (Hollywood).
