Bibbo the Clown is an overweight Killer Klown who has a yellow Mohawk and wears a yellow-red checkered suit. He is one of the two Klowns to speak English in the film; he said "pizza" and "uh-huh" when showing a pizza box to a teenage girl before Shorty popped out and killed her. His mouth actually didn't move when he spoke. His outfit resembles the Klowns' space shuttle circus tent design.

He appeared as a scareactor in the Killer Klowns From Outer Space scarezone during Halloween Horror Nights 28. He also appeared in Orlando and Hollywood's Killer Klowns From Outer Space house/maze in 2019.
