All Nite Die-In: Double Feature was one of the five scarezones that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights 25. It was located in San Francisco. This scarezone featured many classic and modern horror film monsters including Chucky, The Thing and The Strangers.
History and Location
On August 27th, 2015, Universal announced that a scarezone that served as a sequel to the popular All Nite Die-In franchise would be featured at that years Halloween Horror Nights event. The scarezone would be similar to the 2009 scarezone Horrorwood Die-In, as it took place in a haunted drive-in and featured many movie monsters.
The scarezone would be the first located in the San Francisco area of the park, an area located near the middle of the park themed after the city of San Francisco.
Description
The Carey Drive-In movie theatre has been closed for decades after grisly murders during a double feature. It’s lights, camera, carnage as the theater nicknamed “Die-In” by the locals lives up to its name.
Scarezone
The scarezone was split into two parts: One with black and white monsters from movies in the '30s and '40s, and the other having more modern colorized monsters.
