All Hallows Eve Boutique is a seasonal store located in Universal Islands of Adventure and themed to many of the seasonal events that take place in both parks, from Mardi Gras, Summer time, Halloween Horror Nights and Christmas all themed with a Universal Monsters-esque overlay or etc.

The boutique was themed to traditional vintage Halloween with many different Halloween decorations and pumpkins as well as later featuring Lil Boo as a photo op in the second room.

The boutique was themed to Dr. Oddfellow's Traveling Oddities Carnival which one of the main themes during Halloween Horror Nights 32. Above the shop guests would see a ticket sign for Dr. Oddfellow's carnival, entering in they are met with a poster of the carnival in front of it a trunk chained that would violently shake. The circular entrance would be filled with Halloween Horror Nights merchandise and sideshow like carnival posters for each original haunted house taking place at the event.
In the next room, guests would see on their right a Caravan for Madame Baisel, who is a psychic known on delancy to have her own shop and would accept Oddfellow's offer in joining his traveling carnival as ahead of guests another Caravan could be seen reading Dr. Oddfellow's Traveling Oddities, a clown face can be seen above the logo that is of Jack The Clown.
As Guests walk around the circular room more decorations can be seen immersing them in believing they are among the carnival setting, some more smaller sideshow-esque could be seen donning some of the walls themed to the original scarezones that were taking place at the event.
At the register the same poster at the front of the store Oddfellow could be seen as below register table is a banner of the carnival giving guests another glimpse at Dr. Oddfellow, on the left side of the register we can see a psychic setting where we Madame Baisel herself sitting at her table in front of her crystal ball.

The boutique was themed to the Hudson Pier and a carnival-esque layout with hidden easter eggs to certain originals featured at the event like Lil' Boo who appears in the marketing and Major Sweets who was featured at the event in his own haunted house Major Sweets Candy Factory. Guests enter the boutique and met with a carnie donning a clown mask in a metal makeshift cat head above in the first circle room banners are atop with carnival themes to them, on the walls are the current HHN merchandise, as guests go around above the wall before entering the next room guests see a large colorful and aged sign for the Hudson Pier, as they walk in they walk pass a carriage with a projection of cockroaches hissing making noises, as guests walk pass it they're met more carnival-esque posters and theming and a photo op on the left side of the check out table featuring 'Lil Boo surrounded by many different collection of trinkets, banners, masks and other carnival things.
