AVP: Alien vs Predator was one of the eight haunted houses that were featured during Halloween Horror Nights 24. It was located in Soundstage 24 along with Dracula Untold: Reign of Blood. The house was based off of the Alien and Predator franchises as well as the Alien vs. Predator movies.
History and Location[]
On August 5th, 2014, Universal announced that a haunted house based off of the Alien, Predator, and Alien vs. Predator franchises would be coming to that years Halloween Horror Nights event. The house would bring guests face to face with both species. The codename for this house would be "Evac", a reference to the famous line "Get to the choppa".
The house would be one of two located in Soundstage 24, the other one being Dracula Untold: Reign of Blood. Soundstage 24 is one of the larger soundstage facilities designed to be used as filming locations for movies and television shows.
Description[]
Avoid being collateral damage in a violent and savage battle between two horrific extraterrestrial species. Whoever wins... we lose.
Experience[]
You enter through an exterior facade of the Weyland Yutani Corp.You are greeted by warning lights and before you enter the autopsy room where a Xenomorph attacks from a small alcove. The autopsy room has a tank with a Facehugger (that moves) and a deceased Predator who has been killed by a Chestburster. As you are distracted by that an employee with a face burned with acid comes out of an opening in the corner. You go through various rooms and hallways of this facility meeting various victims, Predators, and colonel marines. At one point you enter the aliens nesting area where you see some alien eggs and victims trapped in the walls of the nest. Coming out of one of the eggs is another Facehugger. At the very end you have to crawl through a vent as a marine tells you to run inside. Inside of the vent is an alien that is coming out of the wall. After that you exit the house.

- In one of the rooms that took place in the alien's nesting area the walls are actually slimy.
- This house celebrated the 10th anniversary of the first Alien vs. Predator film as well as the 35th anniversary of the original Alien film.
- The agreement with Fox for the use of characters forced Universal to not tie the house to one specific time or place from any of the films, but would rather present iconic scenes from all of them.
